If you're planning to join the conference by yourself, or you're a
small group of 4 or fewer, you can sign up as individual participants.
It's quick and easy - just follow the steps below to get started!

Step  2

Prepare your proof of payment.


Save a clear copy of your payment receipt in PDF or JPEG format. You will be required to upload this in the registration form.

Coming as a group of 5 or more?

Great! If you're registering with five or more people, you can sign up as a group. This makes the process easier for everyone. Just follow the steps below to guide your group through registration.

Settle your registration fee

Prepare your proof of payment.

Complete the online registration form.


Click on the registration link and select “Individual” as your registration type. Fill out the required fields and upload your proof of payment.

Download the Group Registration Form.


You’ll find the link to the Group Registration Form (Excel file) on the registration page.

Complete the Group Registration Form.


Enter the details of all group members in the form.

Upload the required files.


Submit the accomplished Group Registration Form and your proof of payment through the online registration portal under the “Group” section.
